Any IP address that we identify as invasive, menacing or potentially harmful may be denied access to our web site. Should such abuse continue, appropriate federal and/or state law enforcement authorities will be notified.

Additionally, appropriate federal and/or state legal authorities will be immediately notified should any e-mail, telephone phone call or message, fax or U.S. Mail received by the American Clean Energy Resources Trust (ACERT) or via www.ACERTgroup.com that could be deemed unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or otherwise contain other materials that violate any law. Be aware that any threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic e-mail, telephone call, fax or U.S. mail can all be traced back to its originating source. The American Clean Energy Resources Trust (ACERT) has an absolutely zero tolerance policy regarding such types of communications.
